Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations & Payment
Reservations can be made by contacting us via e-mail or telephone. Safaris are booked and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment into our bank account. A minimum deposit of US$ 2000 is required per hunter. The balance of the day fees is payable ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of your safari. All game hunted and any extra days added, the balance of which is to be paid after your safari has been completed.

2. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation fees shall be applied according to below.
  • When a cancellation is effective six months or more prior to the start of the safari, Dew Claw Safaris will make a full refund of all deposits made by you. No cancellation fees shall apply.
  • When a cancellation is effective less than six months prior to the start of the safari, but more than thirty days, the total deposit required will be charged to your account.
  • When a cancellation is effective less than thirty days prior to the start of the safari, the full amount of the day fees of your safari will be charged to your account.

3. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain the following types of insurance:
  • Trip cancellation
  • Accidental death and disability
  • Emergency medical evacuation
  • Major Medical
  • Loss of personal effects

4. Travel Documents & Vaccinations
It is advisable to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations or other documentation required for the trip are obtained and are in order well in advance of your departure date.

5. Special Requests
Kindly advise us in advance, by e-mail or telephone, of any special requests regarding diet or facility.
